Meet Our Team

Jeff Mason


Jeff Mason is the founder and president of Mason Financial Group. He has been working with individuals, families, and business owners to help them achieve their financial goals since 1972. He utilizes a highly-analytical approach with his clients to help ensure that he leaves no stone unturned and looks at every opportunity in detail before making recommendations to his clients.

Jeff specializes in holistic planning, investment management, and insurance protection, and he enjoys helping people figure out the right mix of solutions to grow, manage, protect, and distribute their money in a manner that aligns with their core values.

Prior to entering the financial services industry, Jeff graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1971. He went on to receive his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

In his free time, he enjoys being involved in the community, and has served on boards for wonderful organizations including The First Congregational Church of Manchester and Girls, Inc. of New Hampshire. He also enjoys skiing and golf, and is a history buff with a particular interest in presidential biographies. He has been married to his best friend, Patricia, for over 40 years, and they have three children, Kryslyn, Mary Elizabeth and Greg.

Greg Mason

Financial Advisor

Greg Mason is proud to be a financial advisor through Eagle Strategies LLC while also working at Mason Financial Group, a family-owned practice founded by his father in 1972. He works with a wide variety of clients, including business owners, executives, and young families, and enjoys helping people figure out the balance of enjoying and spending money now while helping to make sure to save enough to protect their future later.

Greg is a problem-solver who takes a holistic approach with financial planning and protection. When he’s working with a client, he takes his time learning about them, their goals, their concerns, and their risk tolerance so that he can make recommendations that are in alignment with who they are and what they’re trying to achieve. Every step of the way, he asks himself what he would suggest if it was his parents or best friends sitting in front of him, and that’s what his recommendations are based on with every client.

Prior to becoming an advisor and joining the family business, Greg graduated from St. Joseph’s University of Philadelphia. He continued his education at the American College of Financial Services where he earned his designation as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF).

Greg is proud to be a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* since 2017. When he’s not at work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Sondra, their son, Reed, and their dog, Owen.
